Two lovingly restored 17th-century traditional houses, charmingly rudimentary in design, along the valley of the beautiful beach of Spathi. You have it all: no neighbors, a super nice beach walking distance (includes beach bar at far end), clear stary nights and teh buzz of the bees and crickets. The Kathikies include each kitchenette, toilet and shower with basic facilities. They are next to each other.

Water is rainwater from a water tank under the terrace.

Spathi bay has a working tavern and beach bar

A local regularly and is in charge for watering the garden and checking the function of the water pump, etc.

Cleaning is not provided, once before guest arrives and once after guest leaves.

All internet via guests mobile phones (if you get signal)

A robust car that can travel on unpaved roads a must
