The Villa is on a cliff in the Aegean Sea. Staying in this villa you get stunning views, as you can see the blue deep sea of Kea and island skyline glows with early sunsets and exciting colors
The villa is an authentic Greek country-house, which has been visited by distinguished artists. For this reason one of the rooms has the name of the world's greatest travel writer "Patrick Leigh Fermor". The other room has the name of the most important Greek painter "George Stathopoulos" and the third one has the name of the famous Latin - American writer "Jorge Luis Borges". Photos and other documents in all rooms show the relation between the villa and these three personalities.
The balcony of the villa facing the entire Archipelago and has a traditional threshing floor and a stone seating area where you can enjoy the amazing colors of the sea and sky.
In the courtyard of the villa there are stone tables while stone build bedrooms are in the house.
It is a nice new, on island style built house, situated on the rocks of the north east side of the island. The area of Kastri where Petros House is placed is ideal for those who wish to have a relaxing vacation. It is facing the sea, without any disturb by the busy life of the cities and the tourist areas. It is recommended to have a car for everyday use or for day excursions to the places of interest as well as to the villages of the island offering good quality food and relaxing leisure moments.
The total housing area is 110 sq. mtrs., built in an area of 4.000 sq. mtrs. The house is built on a flat floor.

Compose one unit fully equipped. There is also one (1) bedroom with a double bed and private shower and W.C. room.

In the dinning place there is a table with six chairs and an arm chair that can be converted to a single bed. The seating place is facing the magnificent view of the Aegean Sea. Tow stone made sofa beds and a fire place is also available in the seating area. The decoration is simple, smart and artistic, well fit in the environment.
