Villa gardens and pool areas of select properties that follow rent separately on a daily basis rate, depending on number of guests and a minimum stay of 3 days is required for most villas themselves. Many villas require you work with their services, few are free to your choice of professionals.

Villas are rented under certain rules and a strict framework, similar to other venues like clubs, hotels, etc, please read below:

Our villas do not rent for one or two days, only just for an event. You have to combine a stay, with the event!
Most villas have 5-7 days minimum depending the season
Villa events are definitely NOT the budget solution many couples are seeking. They are an optimal choice for those seeking a unique, bespoke, memorable, un-duplicable experience and have a considerable budget for that special day.
We do offer some basic packages you may view on our site, which are also highly customizable but overall, all events are in essence custom planned .
Many couples ask us "how much does a wedding cost in Greece?" but obviously there is no single answer to the question: it depends on the villa choice to the multiple service and support options you elect around the event. A wedding starts with a few thousands and can end up in the 100s of thousands.
Our villas events have two basic charges associated with them:
- the accommodation fee, how much the villa is charged for guests to stay and
- the venue fee, how much the area is charged to have an event as a space
- a large damage deposit applies for all villas, it is fully refundable if no damage is found after the event & departure at the property
Some villas will not accept events at the peak season, July & August but do other months. Still, it is more economical and easier to have an event in the spring or fall as the weather in Greece until late October remains very sunny and nice
If you are on a tight budget, ways to have a villa event is to avoid a. the peak season (July & August) with a minimum 7 day stay in most villas and b. all "star" destinations (Mykonos, Santorini, Paros, Corfu, etc) where prices are at their apex. Also, limit to a minimum the number of guests and the "nice to have" services. Then you may have access to have a dream day at a dream venue.
In some villas, the venue fee also includes services, like the presence of the villa manager at the event, valet parking, floral arrangements, WC cleaning, final cleanup, door bouncers, etc while in others these are extras
many villas work exclusively with their own associates in what concerns catering, dj & music and other services. So if you are working with your own wedding planner, they would have to work with these service providers and not your or their choice
Villa facilities (like pools, gardens, etc) are daily available to the guests staying at the villa. Like many luxury hotels, most villas will charge a visitation fee for the entry of extra guests to enjoy eg the pool on days other than the vent night. That is done with the purchase (in advance) of a waterproof colored band, for a finite amount of guests, a different color for every day. External visitors are allowed into the villa premises for free only the night of the event!
An important issue to be aware of with open-air, late-night, villa wedding/bachelor/baptism dance parties is noise levels. If the villas you chose are located in or close to "no-tolerant" residential areas, noise has by Law to be controlled to a minimum (= whisper level) after 11 pm. Chances are you may have to comply or end up in Peoples' Court instead of on the dance floor!
So you either have to choose a villa that is remote and detached or, to address the issue, in certain islands we offer a hybrid solution of having weddings at select beachfront venues (bars, restaurants) near the villas where you will be staying. Hence you may party, feet-in-the sand literally, until the dawn without the noise issues. Transfer may be arranged. Also we offer event, weddings or corporate, aboard small cruising vessels in Athens and select islands.
Though climatic change has lengthen the period during which outdoor events can take place in Greece from practically April to October, weather remains always an unpredictable factor for outdoor events. In case of cancellation of the event, there is no refund on the venue fee which is paid 90 days prior to the event. There is no rain-check! Refund (partial) is only possible for the accommodation charges according to our Cancellation Terms
If you live abroad, we very strongly recommend employing either our own or an appointed wedding planner, as organizing a wedding yourself from far away can be very stressful and taxing, requiring daily a lot of your time and several trips to Greece. We as villa rental agency will not organize your wedding! The support you will get form us is exclusively in what concern the property and your stay
