Villa I (PAR44b) is a 85-sq. m. Cycladic-style dwelling located only a short walking distance (90 m) from one of Paros’ most alluring seashores, the quite Logaras Beach ideal for families with children and (200 m) from the famous and organized Pounda Beach, ideal for couples an teenagers as well. It is a charming 1-storey structure that is situated in a 300-sq. m. manicured garden. Adjacent is an open-plan fully-equipped kitchen with a modern wallet gas cooker, an oven, a fridge, a microwave oven, a toaster, a coffee-maker and a high-quality set of kitchen utensils. The kitchen has a second veranda with a view to the garden.
