This exclusive villa is located in a privileged position over Port of Paros, is blessed with extensive sea views over Parikia and different islands around Paros, colorful sunsets (maybe the best sunset in Paros) and proximity to many beaches around Parikia.
Various terraces and relaxation areas embrace the property. There is a private pool, an exterior lounge area under a shaded pergola right outside the living area and a table with chairs in case you want to enjoy your coffee or light snacks. On the other side of the exterior area there is large outdoor dining area with a marble table suitable for your meals. It is also covered which means cool even during the hottest days in the summer. The fully equipped Greek-style BBQ is perfect for entertaining guests during hot sunny days or for romantic al fresco dinners.
The entrance of the house opens directly onto a majestic and huge area where a fantastic living room with large windows facing the sea and the port of Paros with the ferries to pass by and a formal dining area are appointed with unique pieces of furniture and flair. Adjoining, a fully equipped open plan kitchen leads directly to the terrace with the grass and BBQ.
On the ground level of the house, you will also find two of the four bedrooms, one bathroom with shower and steam bath (Hammam), one WC and one storage with the laundry facilities. Both bedrooms provide AC and directly access to the veranda. One of them, provides a wooden office in case you want to use your computer for any urgent work. The view from the bedrooms is amazing! The bathroom with Hammam gives a unique character.
An impressive open staircase from the entrance hall leads to the upstairs floor, where a beautifully decorated and romantic bedroom with double bed and private access to a private huge terrace offers stunning sea views of the port and beyond. Next to this bedroom but in the same level, there is one more bedroom with two single beds (easily connected to a double) and an extra double sofa bed for your quests and between the bedrooms there is well decorated bathroom with bath tub and Jacuzzi. 
Next to this wonderful villa, there is a comfortable guest house (about 50 sq.m) in one storey with an equipped kitchenette with a living room facing the sea, a big bedroom with a double bed and a marble bathroom.
