There is also a Hammam, personal training equipment, a TV and Playroom in the basement, and parking space for up to six cars.

The villa also has two Guest houses (each sleeping up to three persons) with kitchenettes and private verandas.

Karavas is in the north part of Kythera and is one of the most characteristic Kytherian villages. The closest central village is Potamos, 7 km away and the closest beach is Fournoi 4 km away.
