The house is situated on the northern part of the Peloponnese coast (Corinthian Gulf). It is a 140 km car drive from Athens airport on a newly built motorway. It is 65 km from the town of Patras. Patras port operates daily ferried to Ionian Islands and Italy. There is also a train connection to Athens center and Athens airport (cas 1.15 hr) to be completed during 2017.

The house is 45 min from the Kalavrita skiing resort, which is the second largest skiing resort in Greece.
