The small villa is hidden in the earth; giving you the feeling, you are somewhere magical away from all. The interior is designed by minimal elements with airy spaces making the perfect spot for a couple or a family with a young kid or baby. The open-plan space consists of a well-organized kitchen, a servery for both breakfast and dinner, a living area and a bathroom. One the same place a there is a double-sized bed with a high quality mattress. Imagine waking up and enjoying the endless blue of the sea directly from your bed.

The luxury does not finish here! Step out in the veranda, where the private swimming pool and the infinity blue will definitely impress you. Around the pool, there are sunbeds and umbrellas. A wood pergola offers shadow in the outdoor dining area, which can accommodate a couple or a company of 4 guests.

The road is paved and the villa is about 70′ from Chania Airport. In case you would like airport pick up we provide the friendliest, most personalized
pick up so you can immediately orient yourself in the House without feeling stress.
The villa is situated at a very idyllic point and nothing can interrupt the magical views of the Cretan sea and mountains. As the villa is located on a hill, the last 600m to reach the complex is an off-road road. We recommend using an SUV car in order to reach the complex easily.
Falassarna is a small resort boasting one of the best-known beaches in Chania Prefecture and is a paradise for nature lovers. Falassarna is also known for its magnificent sunset which can be admired the best during the summer month. The area of Falassarn is also well-developed and has a lot of different types of luxury villas you can stay in and spend a few days there. At Falassarnа you can find some restaurants, beach bars - cafes where you can spend your time enjoying the sunset in the evening, or you can enjoy it while staying in a luxury and private villa. If you are a romantic, you have to wait for the sunset because it is considered one of the best and must be seen while staying in Falassarna due to the magical landscape and the immense horizon.

Heated Pool Policy
For 2023, the swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of May and from 15th September till the end of November, upon request free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27°C depending on weather conditions. We request three days' advance notice for this facility.
