The cozy areas of the villa, with their luxurious simplicity and abstract nature, create an atmosphere of relaxation for guests to enjoy every moment of their vacation.

The villa covers a total area of 125 sqm and extends on two levels.

On the ground floor there is a studio with a comfortable bedroom (double bed) and a full bathroom with shower.

On the first floor, the main room consists of a spacious living and dining area with an open plan area and a fully equipped kitchen. On the same floor there is a master bedroom (double bed) and a second bedroom with a single bed. In a small independent living room there is a comfortable sofa that turns into a double bed. Upstairs there are two full baths with shower.

The outdoors villa area villa consists of a large terrace on the first floor, an outdoor Jacuzzi on the second terrace, while at the studio level there is an open courtyard with a dining area. At the level of the main entrance there is a a secure parking for visitor’s cars.
