The Villa:

Third bedroom: with two twin beds (1.40 m) each, high mattress, accommodating 2 people each if desired, with a shared large bathroom with two sinks and a large shower area.
Living room: Spacious living room furnished with large comfortable couches, 65” T.V. etc.
Kitchen: Large modern fully equipped kitchen with high quality appliances and utensils.
Dining area: Modern large dining table.
Patio:Large patio with private infinity pool 8x4M equipped with sunbeds, tables, umbrellas, pool towels, outdoor shower overlooking a stunning panoramic view of the sea and mountains.

built in a privately owned estate over 8000 square meters surrounded by olive trees and perched on top of a hill overlooking the sea and the messinian gulf. Each of the villas is built at ground level, traditionally built with local beige stone, to be in complete harmony with the beautiful Mani landscape.

The villa at night will provide a peaceful, romantic and relaxing experience complemented by the fabulous ambient lighting surrounding the estate.

At the patio soak up the sun next to the large infinity pool. You have all that you need from an outdoor dining table, sun beds, umbrellas, to an outdoor shower area to live in a state of comfort and convenience.

Location & Activities:
Located in, Stoupa area Neochori on the east coast of the Messinian Gulf , surrounded by the rising slopes of mythical Mount Taygetos, overlooking and 5 min drive to the beautiful villages of Stoupa, Agios Nikolaos, and Kardamyli.

There are numerous Sandy beaches such as Stoupa, Agios Nikolaos, Padazi, Kalogria and Kalamitsi beaches. Also you can enjoy pebble beaches such as Kardamyli, Ritsa, Delfinia (also known as Kaminia) and Foneas beach. All those beaches are a short distance from the property.
