The kitchen, dining room and living room are on the ground floor along with a WC. Three fully airconditioned bedrooms, (one with double bed and two with single beds and one sofa bed in common area) with a master bathroom occupy the top floor along with three sea view verandas. This Villa goes together with two studios. One of them at the west part is a small independent studio of 40m2 with a double bed, a living room, a small kitchen and a private bathroom. There is a small veranda and access to the garden of the villa and the barbeque. The studio at the northeast part of the villa is smaller with a double bed and one sofa bed, a kitchen and a small bathroom. The upper floor is a quadruple apartment with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with twin beds. There is a living room with a kitchen and one bathroom. All the apartments offers equipped kitchens, private bathrooms, living room area and an amazing view to Meloi beach. There is also a spacious parking area.
