It is divided into three floors that can be connected either from the stairs or from the elevator. Both villas may be rented simultaneously for larger groups of 12-14 people.
LUNA I (CRETE 52a)
A hilltop holiday residence, with 3 airy bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms ideal for 6-8 guests. Set only a few minutes’ drives away from the Beach of Kalathas and the town of Chania. With its high quality of facilities and amenities, the secluded stylish and the stunning views will definitely be a true paradise for a vacation in Crete!
On the ground floor, a kitchen that is fully equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances(fridge, espresso and French coffee machine, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, boiler and dishes-utensils for all the guests), a living area with a fireplace place, a big flat Smart TV 60’ with satellite channels and a dining area suitable for 6 guests are found. On the same floor, near the elevator, there is a WC for all the guests and a washing machine.
The three bedrooms of the villa are located on the first and the second floor. The first bedroom has a double-sized bed(160*200) and ensuite bathroom with shower, the second one has a double-sized bed(160*200) and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub while the third one has a king-sized bed (180*200) on the roof and a sofa bed that can be converted into two single beds. Each bedroom has direct access to the balconies, smart TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi access, bath amenities (shampoo and shower gel) linens and towels (pool and bath) for all the guests, a hairdryer and high quality of mattresses.
Getting out, the view will definitely impress you! Swimming in the outdoor pool or drinking a glass of wine above the sea will offer you the most awesome experience you may ever have. Sunbeds, a shower, and a table with chairs complete the outdoor area. Let your kids swim with safety as there is a specific part for them in the pool with a shallow part.
On the lower level, there is a secure parking space suitable for 2 cars.

LOCATION
The villas are located in the area of Sodi a lovely suburb of the town of Chania about 6km from the Centre. Set on a hill where the lights of Chania Town and the blue waters of the Cretan Sea will definitely impress you.
Within a small walking distance (210m), you will find the famous cafe of Koukouvaya that is ideal for both day and night. Do not forget to taste the delicious “Zoumero” (chocolate cake). Carte Postale (510m) is a new café-bar-restaurant with gorgeous Seaview.
