Access to the house and the parking area is on the rear front of the villa while entering from the road level to the upper level of the building. Upper level features two comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed, and its own bathroom. Windows and screens from the bedrooms lead to a private sheltered terrace giving views right to the seafront.

From this level there is access to the roof top (watch-tower) outdoor sitting area, where only the sky is the limit! Walking downstairs to the main level (ground level) there is an open plan living area which opens up to the pool area outdoor living to the waterfront and to the BBQ dining terrace. At ground level there is also one bedroom with 2 single beds with its en suite private bathroom. In the living room area there is also a fully equipped kitchen and an extra bathroom which includes the washing machine offered for all guests use.
 
In front of the house within 60 meters walking distance there are two tiny beaches for those who enjoy swimming in privacy and ideal for those who enjoy snorkelling and diving with peace. Around the area, there are hills and paths for guests who enjoy long walks in nature and hikers that would like to explore new challenges Furthermore very close to the area (5 minute drive) there is Koundouros life-styled beaches, water sports, cafeteria and restaurant
