Entering the ground floor of the villas, you walk into a hallway that leads to the kitchen and dining area. From the dining area, you walk through pretty natural stone arcades to reach the spacious living area with its fireplace and a large window with a magnificent view of the Aegean and of Parikia. The floors throughout the ground floor are covered in sheets of high-quality Naxos marble. All our properties has very tasteful, fully equipped fitted kitchen with all the technical and creative amenities that a "chef" wants. All of the floors upstairs are covered top-quality mahoni wood parquet.
About Villa A, B and D, upstairs is the master suite with a large bathroom with shower and dressing room. From the master suite, you have access to your own large private veranda. On the lower floor, there are 2 bedrooms, each with its own lavish bathroom built in typical Cycladic style. The second bedroom in Villa A provides also a kitchenette.
In Villa B and D the bedrooms have mahoni wood parquet floors. Finally Villa C has on the lower floor 3 sunny bedrooms, each with its own lavish bathroom built in typical Cycladic style. All of the rooms have air conditioning and they are also heated with a central (oil) heating in case you visit us during winter time. The aluminum windows have MDF wood shutters. All our lovely 3 br villas are designed to harmonize with the environment and they are furnished in the typical Cycladic Island style.
At the outdoor, we provide a stunning communal terrace with an outdoor private pool (12x6 m) with a jet stream and sunbathing deck equipped with lounge chairs and garden furniture, shower house, BBQ area, outdoor parking and storage.
