The villa is built in three floors, with direct access from the pool and terrace area to the main floor with its large, fully equipped modern kitchen. This floor also consists of a modern, spacious open plan living- and sitting area including a fireplace for the cooler evenings and a dining area for 8 persons. On the upper floor is the 80m2 master bedroom which has an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath as well as a separate shower. There is a newly built bedroom connecting to the master bedroom, ideal for younger children to sleep in. Both bedrooms have a separate entrance and there is a connecting door between them which can be locked. On the lower ground floor are four bedrooms, three of them with double beds and direct access to the garden. The last bedroom has two single beds and a window towards the garden. Two of the bedrooms are with en-suite bathrooms and there is another bathroom down the hall shared by two bedrooms. All the bedrooms have TV, DVD and air conditioning. The terrace and pool area is completely private and has sun beds for all as well as a barbecue, and on the partly roofed terrace there is stylish outdoor furniture with room for 15 persons to be comfortable, to sit together and enjoy the amazing sunsets over a lovely dinner. From the living area there is access to an additional balcony with incredible views, perfect for after dinner relaxation. There is a shared tennis court, a large well-tended garden with palm trees and parking for 12 cars.
