The villa is located in a 2,000 sq.m estate overlooking the Aegean Channel between Paros and Antiparos offering privacy and various outdoor amenities for its guests. The villa consists of two buildings. The main villa has a fully equipped open plan modern kitchen opening to one of the lounge areas. The living and dining area are decorated and furnished in white-cream colors and have windows and doors which frame the Aegean Sea. The main villa has also 3 bedrooms (with access to the pool area two of them) and 3 bathrooms.
The second building has four independent double rooms with en suite facilities and stunning view to the sea and openings to the outside terraces.
The private swimming pool dominates the outdoor area and the lounge areas where guests can relax overlooking the Aegean blue under the Greek blue sky. In front of the villa a path leads you to a small and very beautiful beach. The well known Soros beach is only five minutes drive away.

Despite its fairly small size, Antiparos has a great number of treasures to offer. Due to its geomorphology, the island displays a coastline 57km long with famous beaches, like Psaraliki, Sifneiko, Agios Spyridon, Livadi, Monastiri, Apantima and Glyfa, unfolding one after the other. A few traditional settlements complement the picture, with Agios Georgios, Soros and Kampos being the most popular, while the main village of Antiparos is built within the original fortification of the Venetian Castle that dates back to the middle of the 15th century. Finally, two other attractions of great interest are the Cave of Antiparos, well-known since antiquity till today for its extraordinary stalagmite and stalactite formations, and, Despotiko, an islet opposite Antiparos of major archeological importance, where excavations have revealed relics of a Doric temple dating from 500 BC and several Archaic sculptures.
