The Mykonos Beach House

The main house consists of 3 bedrooms (6 persons), a staffroom (2 persons), 3 bathrooms and 1 WC.

Next to the main house there is a guest house (Dovecote Suite) with a bedroom for 2 people (loft), small living room with a corner sofa bed, 1 bathroom and kitchenette. Outside the house there is a courtyard with a seating area and amazing views of the sea and Divounia.

The Suite is also available separately from the main house, as it has its own entrance and parking space and is ideal for couples (or a family with one child).

The is completely renovated, delivered in August and available for rent.

Description of main house

Master Bedroom has a large double bed (1.80m) and large built-in bedside tables and the headboard is lined with stone. The second bedroom is flexible as the bed can be used either as a double bed or as two single beds, depending on the needs of the occupants. All bathrooms have built-in showers and built-in washbasins in Mykonian style.
The house has a large living room with a large corner sofa and an extra 8-10 seating and dining room, as well as an open-plan kitchen with a passage to the dining area.

The house has air conditioning in every room, smart TV and Wi-Fi.

The big advantage of the house is its location on the beach of Agia Anna and the large veranda, which has a dining room for 10 people, a lounge for 10 people, a wooden cot for 3 people, a hammock under the trees, a ping-pong table and a contemporary BBQ. It also has a shared swimming pool (with the adjacent house located within the same plot).

A garden with ornamental plants and 2 parking spaces surrounds the veranda.

The villa overlooks the sandy organized beach of Agia Anna (with a café, beach bar-restaurant and the famous seaside restaurant “Spilia”), It has fantastic view of the sea and the hills of Divounia.

Kalafatis - Agia Anna beach is an organized one with water sports facilities and there is a windsurfing & diving school. You may also find a lot of restaurants around. Kalafatis is a 20-minute drive from Mykonos Town and the airport and just 5 minutes from the beautiful village of Ano Mera with its picturesque monastery. In this village, besides taverns and pastry shops, you may find a pharmacy and a supermarket for your supplies.

This villa is an ideal private home for family vacations, due to the large terrace (with no levels) and its immediacy with the fantastic beach and the sea of Agia Anna Kalafati.
