The Ground Floor has a surface of 110 m2 and is entered via the spacious second Living Room / Family Room where guests can relax and children play with a selection of toys and games provided. The exit from this level takes you direct to the beach in no more than 15 steps ! The second Living Room / Family Room is spacious and cool with a tiled floor perfect for rest and respite from the Greek sun. It also boasts a working fire place ideal for cosy, off-season group holidays. On this floor there are also two spacious bedrooms of 20 m2 each with a double Queen size bed, decorated in traditional style with spacious wardrobes, ceiling fan and A/C. At the end of the corridor there is a 15m2 bathroom with a large shower and a washing machine.

On the First Floor (160 m2) is the main entrance to the Villa. Guests spend most time on this floor as here you will find the fully equipped kitchen / breakfast area with large dining table. As you continue there is the Visitors WC followed by the spacious main Living Room with large windows boasting clear sea views. This main Living Room is equipped with a 45 inch satellite TV and DVD, a second dining table and comfortable sofas. Free WIFI, board games, back gammon and playing cards are provided to ensure the perfect ambience for group relaxation and entertainment. On this floor are two bedrooms that share a large bathroom with shower. The first has a double bed and the second has two single beds. All rooms have ceiling fans and A/C. Finally, on the First Floor is access to a generous shaded terrace of 70 m2. Another large dining table is situated on the terrace for al fresco dining and to fully profit from the amazing sea gulf views situated just 10 metres in front of the property.

On the Second Floor (80 m2) are three more bedrooms and a bathroom. Two bedrooms have a sunrise orientation and are each equipped with a Queen size double bed and their own private veranda. These two bedrooms share a spacious bathroom. The third bedroom also with a Queen size double bed has a recently renovated, luxurious ensuite bathroom with large shower and WC. This bedroom enjoys direct sea views and it’s own unique balcony perfect for enjoying the soothing and romantic sounds of the gulf waters. Its sea song of breaking waves, gentle ripples and lapping waters clearly audible from the balcony. All rooms on the Second Floor are equipped with ceiling fans and A/C and come with large wardrobes. At the back of the Second Floor is access to a second terrace perfectly appointed for evening aperos and star gazing.
