The villa is nestled into lush gardens with many trees and stretches of grass where younger guests can play. The pergola-covered outdoor living area provide a respite from the Mediterranean sun, or you can soak in the views from the loungers on the terrace around the pool. A barbecue makes it easy to serve up local specialties at the al-fresco dining area. Linger outside to watch the last light of the day play over the waves, or step inside to watch the satellite TV, put on a movie or cozy up to the unbelievable comfortable sofas.

The villa’s interiors are spare and charming with wide tile floors. There’s space for the whole group around the wooden dining table, and the fully equipped kitchen has both a practical island layout along with several delights, such as an espresso machine. The house also has a smart-home system, which give clients the opportunity to change lighting, or music from the provided tablet. Guests’ can play their own music collections, which can be heard through the several speakers, separated in 4 different sections.

Each of the five bedrooms at the villa has a private en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and access to the surround area of the villa & pool’s terrace, a separate terrace, or a balcony. The master bedroom has a queen bed and breathtaking sea view over the mythical beautiful bay of Paleokastritsa! Three bedrooms with two twin beds, each, offers flexible arrangements. The fifth bedroom has two twin beds, with flexible arrangements, & a loft that sleeps additional two guests, a separate entrance, and a shared en-suite bathroom.

Though it’s tempting to stay at the villa from sunrise to sunset—both of which can be viewed from the terrace; the village is less than 20 min walk and the nearest beach in less than 2 minutes away on foot. Stroll down to Agia Triada beach to walk along its pebbled shore, snorkel in its crystal-clear waters, head into Paleokastritsa to sample pastries from one of its bakeries or have a honeymoon-style dinner at a seafront restaurant. For a livelier scene, make the 30-minute drive into Corfu town.

The paved driveway leads to this impressive villa, surrounded by beautiful lawns, flowers and a variety of trees.

SWIMMING POOL, POOL TERRANCE
The villa is set in sizeable grounds with a large pool and lawn area surrounded by a variety of trees and plants, great for relaxing in the sun! The brick BBQ is on one side of the pool with an outdoor dining table next to it, great for dining alfresco. Here is also a ping-pong table for everyone to enjoy. The private pool has both Roman steps and ladder which is surrounded by sun loungers with parasols - great for relaxing in the sun. Up a few steps and just before you reach the covered terrace with an outside dining area that overlooks the one of the most picturable bays of Paleokastritsa, Agia Triada Bay, there is an outdoor shower & a W.C.

LIVING AREA / DINING AREA / KITCHEN
The remarkable open plan lounge and dining area has luxury tiling, plenty of space and sleek neutral tones. The living area is furnished with 2 comfortable sofas, a flat screen Satellite TV and a large glass sliding patio door framing amazing sea views. The two glass sliding patio doors open on to a covered terrace and further down to the pool area. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for preparing and cooking a meal. There is a breakfast bar where one can enjoy a morning coffee or a light meal.
