Villa Location
Located in the small and beautiful village of Svoronata on the southern side of Kefalonia, It is situated exactly on the cliff overlooking Ai Helis beach. Right on the beautiful sandy beach of Ai Helis with immediate access to the beach via a little path, one of the most beautiful and popular beaches of Kefalonia with turquoise, crystal clear water. Svoronata is a quaint, picturesque and quiet village with several traditional houses, built with local architecture, with beautiful gardens full of olive trees. In the village there are a few mini markets and traditional taverns with delicious seafood. The closest beaches are Ai Helis, Ammes, Avithos, Platys Gialos and Makris Gialos, most of these are sandy beaches with crystal clear waters, ideal for families.

A staircase in the living room leads on the second floor that features 2 master bedrooms with a double bed, and a bedroom with twin beds. All the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.
