Two tranquil, side to side beachfront, spacious villas with it own plush garden and lawn, in front of a very secluded, nearly private beach fro those that hate the summer ferry boat shuffle! Ideal for large groups with children seeking quiet, budget vacations. The greatest asset is the accessibility, beachfront location and most of all hospitality to be remembered of the generous owner. The port/ town fo Agios Konstantinos with many shops, taverns, day excursions to small beach islands, ferries to access the Sporades islands or the famous Edipsos Thermal Spas right across in Evia is just 5 mins away drive. The villa is 170 km or apx 2 hour easy highway driving north from the Athens Airport. Car a must. Each villa can accommodate 8 adults plus 2 children, for a total of 20 people for a simultaneous rental!
