A really beautiful beach-front villa, secluded by the sea and a Mediterranean olive tree and cedar forest. The house is built in 7 acres of private property covered with olive trees and by a Mediterranean cedar forest. The property ends at a remote sandy beach with few or no visitors most of the time. In walking distance there are more beautiful sandy covesor easy accessible rocky shores for swimming.
The house is built on a terrace of more than 500 sq. meters overseeing the beach, the open sea and the garden. The terrace is fully slab covered and contains 3 big olive trees you can seat at their shadow. Also there is a sheltered and fully equipped BBQ with wood oven. In front of the house is a ground balcony with a shaded area equipped with a large wooden table and chairs for more than 14 people. Also there is a large ground court covered with sand for beach volley and other activities.

It has a large shaded balcony with panoramic overview to the beach and open sea, as well to the olive trees gardens and the cedar forest. Looking southwest, let you enjoy great sunsets.
There is a second bedroom with the same excellent view and another shaded balcony at the southeast. It has a private bathroom too, a large single bed and if you want a foldout bed.
