The main house is 150 m2 and 50m2 the auxiliary house. It is consisted of a big living room of 46 m2 , another living room at a second level, while in the same spaces opens a traditional kitchen 16 m2 with all the modern facilities, fully equipped (refrigerator, appliances, kitchenware, cooking utensils, plates, fork, spoons, knives, glasses etc).

There are three (3) bedrooms, one large bedroom with double bed 17 m2, two children’s rooms, one of 11 m2 that can accommodate up to three children (the bed below opens as a drawer) and another of 8m2.
It includes two beautiful bathrooms, the big one is 7 m2 and the small 2 m2, as well as a really spacious surrounding area with two open equipped living room corners that are built in such manner that the sun will not be in the guests’ eyes, (see attached photos). It is an extremely large yard and very sunny, on a plot of 2.5 acres!

The architect has built the Villa with very thick walls approximately 0.5 m in order to imitate the traditional buildings of Sifnos.

In the surroundings, there is a small traditional auxiliary Villa, independent, ideal for a family with children, very comfortable (50m2) near the main Villa that can be used as hostel. There is a large bedroom and living room, a small kitchenette for preparing your breakfast or lunch and a big bathroom.

There is also a lovely yard with living room, separate from the main Villa. There is a beautiful and traditional oven near the auxiliary's house yard that is still functional.
