• The Main Villa is located at the front side of the Estate while the Stone-Built Dovecote is located at the upper right corner of the Estate at a distance of 40m from the Main Villa.

Main Villa - Layout & Description
The Main Villa of the Estate covers an area of 250 square meters spanning over 3 distinct levels, namely the Top Floor, the Ground Floor and the Basement Floor. The 3 levels of the Main Villa are joined together through an internal staircase and an internal elevator.

Sophisticated and classy, without being delivered to the mass tourism, Andros is not the typical Cycladic island since the lush landscape strongly opposes the rocks of other islands in the Cycladic cluster.
The countless springs, rivers and waterfalls, that flow year round, result in the green slopes and gullies of Andros. Mountains and hills are home of the small villages, linked together with beautiful paths, adorned with ancient stone walls. The network of trails that go beyond twenty is probably the best way to explore the island. Mapped, accessible, with varying degrees of difficulty, those trails will give you beautiful images, like stone arched bridges, caves and excellent sea view. The architecture of the town of Andros (Chora) combines harmoniously the simple Cycladic style with neoclassical Aegean and Venetian houses as narrow cobbled streets lead to the neighborhoods of the town's centre and the sea surrounding it.
The town of Andros (Chora) also offers many dining and cultural entertainment options, while the heart of the relaxed nightlife for visitors and locals beats here. One should not miss the Basil & Elise Goulandris Museum of Contemporary Art, the Archaeological Museum of Andros as well as the monastery of St. Nicholas in the village of Apikia (6 mins drive from Chora), just to name a few.
The events making up the identity of the island could characterize Andros as the cultural capital of the Cycladic cluster. Exhibitions of international importance at the Museum of Contemporary Art, as well as various local art and music events entertain visitors.
The nearest beaches to the property are Neiborio (sandy beach, organized with sun-beds, thus ideal for children), Paraporti (nice sandy beach) and Gialia. Additionally, the beach of Achlas at the Northeastern part of the island is an absolute must-see!
The settlement of Ipsilou and the Property are only 4.5km (9 mins drive) away from the Main Town of the Island (Chora) and very close to the beaches of Neiborio, Paraporti and Gialia (approximately 3.9km from each beach, i.e. 9 mins drive).
