This Villa is part of a complex of two villas, one above the other. The villa is located on the upper level of the complex while a 3 bedroom totally automomous, is on the lower level (CRETE58).This villa can be rented along with adjacent lower villa CRETE58 for larger groups of 14-16 guests.

The interior of the villa on the ground floor is furnished and features a spacious lounge with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds and access to private balconies. One of them is equipped with an extra terrace with sun loungers, an umbrella, sun chairs & a table. Each room has its air-conditioner, Smart TV & free Wi-Fi access & amazing Seaview! On the ground floor, there is a playroom with a pool table, a 75’’ Smart TV, a PlayStation, a Bar, Sofa, Iron board and iron, washing machine & tumble dryer.

Whether you choose to relax on the long sandy beach or take a tour on the beautiful island of Crete, there’s nothing better than coming back to swim in the private pool or drinking a glass of wine and gazing at the amazing view of the Cretan Sea. Outdoor, a living area, a dining table with a gas barbeque which is completed with patio furniture. The location of the villa is at a unique point and all the facilities are close by.
The swimming pool can be heated from October till April, upon request free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 27°C depending on weather conditions. We request three days' advance notice for this facility.
