Outdoors the residence features a large swimming pool for a soothing dive with relaxing sunbeds, as well as a big BBQ area and an extra outdoor dining area ideal for relaxation, a casual gathering or a special private dinner.

On the ground floor there is a living room with, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table which seats 8 people and a fireplace for a romantic touch for those who want to visit us during winter.

It also features a master bedroom with a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, a bedroom with two single beds and a half bathroom on the same floor.

On the first floor there is one double bedroom, half bathroom and an working office. On this floor there is also an office with a balcony with a fantastic view of the swimming pool.

The basement is an open area with a billiard, a ping pong table, gym and half bathroom.
