The Villa
The mansion of 1300sqm has a capacity of 15 people that can feel at home in the villa’s 7 bedrooms with 7 ensuite bathrooms and one WC. The villa shares grounds with an alike building at the back side that belongs to the hosts. The property itself has a private entrance and a private exterior of well – maintained gardens and fully equipped with furniture, sun lounges and Bbq facilities
It is located at Neos Voutzas sea side suburb of Athens. Visiting the beach is easy and only 700 meters away. The International airport of Athens is 10km away and the port of Rafina that has connection to the most famous Greek islands is a 4km drive. The nearest medial facility is 6km and you can find a Super market within 1km. Within 1.5 km you will also find traditional taverns and restaurants. Athens city is located 33km by car.
The Ground Floor
Entering the property, you get directly a glimpse of the luxury and fine taste . A spacious living room, dining room and sitting room are waiting for you. The grand Piano, the HD flat screen Satellite TV, the 2 blue ray players as well as the ADSL high speed WI-FI are there to offers you unforgettable entertaining moments. Using the elevator, you have access to the 1st floor where you can find an office with a PC, scanner and printer so as to keep up with your work in a suitable environment. 3 children bedrooms are located here as well, supplied with a library, a study room and Toys for the younger ones. The master bedroom with a large king – size bed truly captivates the visitor. A fireplace, truly impeccable direct views from the room, large closets, a private balcony and an ensuite luxurious bathroom can guarantee a comfortable stay.
1/2 Floor
In two levels down where the garden and pool entrance is you have a second fully equipped kitchen with Kitchen multi machine, Food mixer, toaster, kettle, blender and juicer as well as Coffee maker Gagggenau that produces high quality coffee of all styles. On this level a dining room, sitting room and 2 bedrooms are also available. The indoor fresh water pool is available for our guests so as to relax and chase the sun through the large window above the pool. Pool towels are provided for free.

The Basement
On the basement of this property you have another smaller kitchen to assist people using the playroom and gym. Playroom area has a billiard, chess installation, a home cinema with movies and speakers for better sound. Professional steam cabin, hammam and bathroom are available on this floor.

A yoga and meditation space is also available. An extra room for personnel is to be found here.
Facilities also include Separate laundry room with washing machine, Iron, Iron board, Dryer and Vacuum cleaner. Babies are welcome and baby crib is available. Access is available to people with special needs. The property has Alarm and also has a secured private parking. Cleaning is available every day.
