The estate is located at the outskirts of Anavyssos town in quiet and peaceful area only 3 minutes from the beach, the marinas and the traditional seafood taverns. The villa is only 1km from Anavyssos town centre with shopping, dining, cafes, pubs, banks, post office etc.
The Villa is 20 minutes drive from Athens Airport and a 10 minute drive along a fabulous seaside scenic route to the famous archaeological site of Cape Sunion, crowned with the ancient temple of Poseidon and the most beautiful sunsets in Greece.
The villa provides an island-like environment but it has a lot more offer, being only 25 minutes from the most popular seaside suburbs of Athens with endless entertainment. Anavyssos town is quite a seaside summer holiday resort, so relaxing, so peaceful, where time slows down. The beach is only a 3 minute drive from the villa and offers all kinds of water sports. It is one of the best windsurfing locations in mainland Greece with surfing club, boat rental, water skiing, and sailing available for tourists.

Sitting Room: The living room and ballroom can comfortably accommodate 50 to 100 guests. Brunswick centurion pool table a Kettler pro ping-pong table.
TV and Music Facilities: Every suite and room has satellite TV and in the living rooms have large screen TV video wall and stereo DVD. Wireless internet throughout the estate.
Heating/Open Fires: Central heating throughout the villa, open stone fireplace in the living room.
Bedrooms: 8 main floor suites with en suite baths, kitchenette. 2 attic suites (each with 2 bedrooms, jacuzzi, kitchenette). 4 master and 4 double bedrooms.
Linen: Full house keeping, linen, towel and beach towel service. Linen change twice a week. daily recharge of shampoo, soap etc.
