The fourth bedroom on the ground floor has twin beds (that can be converted into a king size upon request in advance) and an ensuite bathroom. The bedroom & the bathroom on the ground floor are suitable for guests with mobility needs. On the ground floor, there is a shared WC suitable for all the guests.
On the ground floor you will find a spacious open area with a fully equipped contemporary kitchen that has branded appliances and facilities, making holiday cooking
a most pleasurable experience. The area is completed with a dining room and a living room with a 55’’ smart Satellite TV and a fireplace. The large windows create the illusion of transparency and provide a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor areas.

The swimming pool with a child section and the lounge space with a firepit make the ideal spot to relax while gazing at the gorgeous sunset. Pretty close to the pool
area exists a well-organized barbeque area with a dining table and a gas BBQ, Around the villa there are many plants and trees. A parking space for 5 cars is available for all the guests.
