This quaint small villa has 4 bedrooms which easily accommodate 6 to 8 guests, plus a functional modern kitchen, country dining room, and large living room with working stone fireplace, fully furnished in country style. 

The Villa is surrounded by multiple verandas and the master bedroom has a private balcony. Both, master bedroom and the guest suite have new queen size beds and private baths. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom and have twin size beds. Sheets, linens, pillows, towels, and blankets are provided for guests’ convenience.The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, oversize refrigerator, dishwasher, and access to several storage cabinets complete with dishes, pots, coffee makers and other convenience equipment. Other amenities include a washing machine, free access to local calls, parking on the property for three cars, an outdoor shower and tables and chairs for outdoor dining and sunbathing. The Villa offers splendid views of the bustling with life village and yacht marina of Vourkari, only 1.5 km away. The picturesque village of Ioulis with its winding white washed streets is no more than a 15-minute drive and nearby sand beaches a mere 5-minute drive from the Villa.
