Indoor facilities
The main living room features large windows gazing at outstanding views of the natural landscape and the Mediterranean Sea. The kitchen is equipped with modern electrical appliances. Five spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are comfortably dominated by the two floors offering moments of serenity and privacy for all its guests. One bedroom with a double size bed is located on the ground floor with an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
The rest bedrooms are located on the first floor two with double-size beds and two with twin-size beds with ensuite bathrooms and a balcony with a sea view.
Outdoor facilities
The villa comes complete with an outdoor swimming pool, a BBQ, and a wooden dining table. Take advantage to visit the crystal and turquoise waters of the famous beach of Falassarna within a small driving distance. There is a parking space for your vehicles as well. Let yourself relax in the outdoors, enjoying the stunning sea view or the sunrise.
Heated pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated at an extra cost by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26-27°C depending on weather conditions. We request 3-4 days
advance notice for this facility.
This villas is a complex with four luxury villas one close to the other. (Villa Delight, Villa Emerald, Golden Retreat and Villa Patricia) The
total number of rooms for the whole complex is 20 and the guests can book as villas as
they wish based on the number of guests that travel with them.
